Waiting List Preference Points
Applicants are placed on the waiting list according to points given for local residency, veteran status, and date and time of application.
Public Housing
Local residency is awarded 2 points and is given to clients who live, work or attend school within Pickaway County at the time of application.
Veterans are awarded 1 point. This is given to veterans or spouses of veterans. Veteran status is verified by the DD214 form.
Housing Choice Voucher
Veterans are awarded 1 point. This is given to veterans or spouses of veterans. Veteran status is verified by the DD214 form.

Williamsport Terrace
No preferences are awarded. Applicants are placed on the waiting list by date and time of application.
Pickaway Terrace, Eden Place, and Louise Terrace
Veterans do receive preference on these waiting lists. All applications are placed on the waiting list by date and time of application, with veterans placed above non-veterans according to the date and time of the veteran application.
