- Located 5 miles south of Circleville off Tarlton Road by Pickaway Senior Center. Apartments are specifically located on Arapaho and Chickasaw Drives
- Designated for elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older or for families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is handicapped or disabled
- One and two bedroom units available
Eden Place
- Located at 1175 Atwater Avenue in Circleville
- Designated for elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older or for disabled households under 62 years of age when the Head of Household or Spouse has a mobility impairment that requires the features of an accessible unit. Accessible units are assigned to current residents first when the need for the accessibility features exist.

Louise Terrace
- Located at 270 Lexington Avenue in Ashville
- Designated for elderly families or individuals where Head of Household or Spouse is 62 years of age or older
- One bedroom units available
Williamsport Terrace
- Located 8 miles west of Circleville on South Water Street in Williamsport
- Designated for all income eligible persons or families
- One and two bedroom units available
Shelter Plus Care
Pickaway MHA also administers a Shelter Plus Care Grant which provides rental housing assistance to chronically homeless individuals, general homeless individuals, and families with a disability.
Community Housing Improvement Program
Pickaway MHA also administers a Tenant Based Rental Assistance Grant and an Emergency Housing Payments Assistance Grant in cooperation with the Pickaway County Commissioners Community Housing Improvement Program.
